On 13th and 14th Feb., two customers from Thailand  visitted our company, had a detailed LNG technical exchange with our technical engineer, and visited the LNG plant designed and produced by us in Yongchuan. They are very satisfied with our LNG liquefaction equipment and will help us promote it in Thailand. The flow of Yongchuan LNG plant is 10×104Nm3/day. The main equipment are feed gas filtration and metering unit, feed gas deacidification unit, feed gas dehydration unit, low-temperature liquefaction unit, LNG loading and BOG recovery unit, MRC compressor, refrigerant proportioning unit, instrument air and nitrogen unit, desalted water unit, circulating cooling water unit, heat transfer oil unit, electric control system, automatic control system. The feed gas enters the natural gas pretreatment system after being filtered, separated, pressure-regulated and metered. After removing CO2, H2O, heavy hydrocarbons and Hg, it enters the liquefaction cold box, and is cooled, liquefied, subcooled and throttled in the plate-fin heat exchanger.
