After sales maintenance Warranty period From the date of shipment,12Months or 2200 hours of continuous operation of the unit (whichever comes first) is the warranty period. Extended warranty service can be selected, and Sichuan Rongteng company will assign professional technical service personnel to carry out maintenance on site. During the warranty period, the customer needs to use Rongteng accessories and carry out regular maintenance according to the requirements of the equipment maintenance manual. If the customer fails to comply with the above requirements, the warranty period will end automatically.  Warranty commitment Rongteng provide 24-hour remote service. In case of unit failure during the warranty period, Rongteng technical service personnel shall arrive at the project site within 36 hours to deal with unit failure for customers. In addition, our company provides free after-sales service within the warranty period and needs to conduct inspection once every 6 months; Provide paid maintenance services outside the warranty period; Foreign maintenance needs to be determined according to many factors. Our company guarantees 24-hour remote service and arrive at the project site within 1 week to deal with unit faults for customers.  Installation, commissioning, performance test and acceptance After the products leave the factory, Sichuan Rongteng sends professional service engineers to the site to debug the generator set within the date specified by the customer: 1) "Installation" means that the user installation personnel assemble the components, assemblies or equipment together under the correct supervision and guidance of Sichuan Rongteng installation engineer. 2) "Commissioning" means testing the equipment under static, no-load and load conditions. 3) "Performance test" refers to the test of power generation equipment under the load of other supporting electrical equipment, and meets the needs of equipment selection. 4) "Acceptance" means that the unit is delivered for use without fault within 24 hours after the "performance test" is normal. Technical services Rongteng responsibilities include the design and manufacture of bidding goods and their accessories and the delivery of the whole set of equipment. During equipment installation and delivery, professional technicians are sent to customers for guidance. Rongteng guarantees that the damaged or defective contract components, parts and components of the goods can be easily repaired and replaced free of charge (non quality reasons are not within the scope of free service). The customer shall notify Rongteng to send personnel to the construction site according to the project progress and construction requirements, carry out on-site service together with the personnel of the Design Institute, and guide the equipment installation.Rongteng personnel are responsible for dealing with the quality problems of its contracted equipment at the construction site. In case of any quality problem during the use of the goods, Rongteng shall be able to timely provide the technical service requirements put forward by the customers.During the warranty period, after the customer sends a notice, Rongteng provides maintenance services to repair or replace unqualified parts and components free of charge, so as to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
