5mmscfd feed gas with a pressure of 590psig first enters the gas-liquid separator to separate the liquid hydrocarbons, free water and mechanical impurities from the upstream, and then enters the acid removal unit. This unit uses MDEA solution to remove acid gases such as CO2 and H2S in the feed gas.

Natural gas enters from the lower part of the absorption tower and passes through the absorption tower from bottom to top; the fully regenerated MDEA solution (lean liquid) enters from the upper part of the absorption tower and passes through the absorption tower from top to bottom. The counter-flowing MDEA solution and natural gas are fully contacted in the absorption tower, and the CO2 in the gas is absorbed and enters the liquid phase. The unabsorbed components are drawn out from the top of the absorption tower and enter the decarbonization gas cooler and separator. The gas from the decarbonization gas separator enters the user system.

CO2 content in the treated natural gas is no more than 3%.

The MDEA solution that has absorbed CO2 is called rich liquid, and it goes to the flash tank. The acid gas flashed out by depressurization merges with the acid gas at the top of the regeneration tower. After the rich liquid after flashing exchanges heat with the solution (lean liquid) flowing out of the bottom of the regeneration tower, it is heated to ~95 ℃ and goes to the top of the regeneration tower, where it is stripped and regenerated until the lean liquid degree of the lean liquid reaches the target.

The lean liquid from the regeneration tower passes through the lean-rich liquid heat exchanger and enters the MDEA buffer tank. It is pressurized by the lean liquid pump and enters the lean liquid cooler. The lean liquid is cooled to ~ 55 ℃ and enters from the top of the absorption tower.

The outlet gas from the top of the regeneration tower merges with the acid gas flashed out of the flash tank and then passes through the acid gas cooler and enters the acid gas separator. The gas from the acid gas separator is sent to the acid gas discharge system, and the condensate enters the MDEA buffer tank for recycling.

The heat source of the reboiler in the regeneration tower is provided by heat transfer oil.

Absorber operating pressure: 590 psig

Absorption tower operating temperature: 45℃ ~ 100℃

Regeneration tower operating pressure: 0.03 MPa.G~0.05 MPa.G

Regeneration tower operating temperature: 95 ℃ ~120 ℃

The heat source of the regeneration tower reboiler:medium temperature heat transfer oil

CO2 content in decarbonized gas: ≤ 3%

3) Scope of application

The load adjustment range:50%~110%.
