Natural gas processing equipment is a device used to remove impurities from natural gas. Due to the presence of a large amount of harmful substances such as acidic gases, hydrogen sulfide, and carbon dioxide in the natural gas storage materials inside the Earth, these substances can pose a threat to equipment and the environment. In the natural gas processing unit, natural gas is first compressed by a gas compressor and then enters an absorber, where it comes into contact with a neutralizing agent to remove hydrogen sulfide and carbon dioxide. Next, natural gas enters the desulfurizer to remove hydrogen sulfide. Desulfurizers usually use methods such as chemical absorption and acid-base neutralization. For deacidification, methods such as ammonolysis and sodium bicarbonate method are commonly used to convert acidic gases into neutral substances. Finally, natural gas is dehydrated to remove moisture, and dried before use in subsequent equipment to improve the purity of natural gas.
