Technical proposal According to the equipment requirements from customers, our company can provide a 150KW gas generator set. The unit uses Steyr T12 engine as the power source to drive the synchronous alternator - famous French brand Leroy Somer -for power generation, and then control and detect the overall operation of the unit through the Danish control system. The 150KW gas generator set is composed of control cabinet, unit cabin and heat dissipation cabin. It is controlled by zones and is safe and reliable. The cable is located on the side of the control cabinet, which is convenient for outgoing. The muffler is located on the top of the box, far away from the side of the control cabinet, so as to ensure operation safety. See table 2-1 for technical parameters of 150KW gas generator set. The electronically controlled lean combustion technology can well meet the requirements of engine economy, power and emission. The cooling mode adopts electronic fan closed circulating water cooling. The unit cooling system is independent of the engine room air inlet system. The temperature in the engine room is controlled by intercooling joint control, and the air inlet in the engine room is effectively filtered by the built-in dust filter. Gas engine control system: The fuel gas closed-loop lean combustion control system imported from ECI of the United States is adopted, including single cylinder independent ignition system, electronic speed regulation system, fuel closed-loop control system, environment adaptive system and automatic diagnosis and protection system to ensure accurate and reliable control of the engine under all operating conditions. The annual output of gas engine control system is 100000 units, and the reliability, stability and safety of the system are more guaranteed. International high-end brand customized generator: LSA 44.3 series brushless AC synchronous generator ---from France Leroy Somer-- with high stability moving parts is adopted, and the load impact resistance and anti-interference performance of the generator are improved to ensure the reliability of long-term operation of the equipment. Multifunctional container: High strength multi-functional unit box, zoning intelligent control, greatly improving reliability and protection performance, using advanced polyurethane coating, bright and wear-resistant; 3. Detailed introduction of the unit 3.1 Startup mode The unit is started by 24v DC power, and the starting power supply and control power supply of the unit are 24v battery pack. the battery pack shall be supplied by the supplier in complete set without external air source or power supply. 3.2 Emergency stop The unit has the functions of manual emergency stop and automatic emergency stop in case of accident. 3.3 Unit operation The unit can realize one key control, automatic adjustment of air-fuel ratio, automatic control of power factor, automatic loading and unloading, etc. Unit control system; The unit control cabinet is a floor cabinet structure with a single control panel. The control cabinet is equipped with controllers, switches, various display instruments, adjustment buttons, unit protection indicator lights, emergency stop buttons, etc. to control and monitor the working conditions of the generator unit. 3.4 Unit fault protection The control system has complete engine protection such as overload, overcurrent, short circuit, Underfrequency, over-frequency, under-voltage, over-voltage and over-speed, and sends out alarm signals. In case of engine failure (such as high cooling water temperature, low oil pressure, overload, start failure, etc.), an alarm signal shall be sent, and manual or automatic shutdown is allowed. In case of major faults of the engine (such as excessive temperature, low oil pressure, overspeed, etc.), it shall immediately stop automatically and give an alarm. 3.5 Equipment use environment The applicable ambient temperature of the equipment is - 30 ℃ to 40 ℃. If the ambient temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the rated power of the motor will be reduced accordingly. Under the condition of good ventilation, the rated power of the motor will be reduced by 3% for every 5 ℃ increase in the ambient temperature; The altitude of the place where the equipment is used shall not be higher than 3000m. When the altitude is within 1000m, the generator efficiency of the unit is the best. For every 500m increase in altitude, the rated power of the motor shall be reduced by 4%. If the above condition limits are exceeded, the equipment shall be customized.
