The deacidification unit and sulfur recovery unit manufactured by our company adopt a sled design, which has shone in the Zhouwan Purification Plant project due to its compact structure, high integration, convenient installation, and flexible transportation advantages. The application of sled mounted technology greatly shortens the construction period, reduces installation costs, and improves the stability and reliability of equipment operation. This innovative design not only demonstrates our company's profound strength in the field of equipment manufacturing, but also provides strong support for the rapid progress of the project.

Here, we sincerely thank all colleagues who participated in the construction of the deacidification unit and sulfur recovery unit at Zhouwan Purification Plant. There are two main methods of natural gas desulfurization: dry desulfurization and wet desulfurization.

The amine process is applicable when natural gas contains a small amount of H2S and a high CO2/H2S ratio, but the CO2 content is not very high and does not require deep CO2 removal. This approach can effectively remove both H2S and CO2 simultaneously.

Molecular sieve method is commonly used for applications that require high desulfurization accuracy or low flow rates.

The LO-CAT process uses an aqueous solution composed of sulfates, complexed iron, additives (surfactants, defoamers, and fungicides) for desulfurization. The Lo-Cat method is suitable for the treatment of acid gas separated by chemical or physical absorption methods. Due to its wide processing range, high operational flexibility, high selectivity, and environmental friendliness, it has become the preferred technology for small-scale sulfur recovery processes.
